Three steps to your first visit
Tell us what you need
Send an enquiry or call us. Tell us about your plan, your goals, and the kind of support you're looking for.
A support worker suited to you
We pair you with someone suited to your needs, personality, and schedule, not just whoever is free.
On your terms
Support starts in your community, at your pace, and adjusts as your goals and circumstances change.
We're NDIS unregistered — here's what that means for you.
Being unregistered doesn't mean we're not a legitimate NDIS provider. It just affects how your plan needs to be managed for you to use our services. Here's the simple version:
✓ You can use us if you're:
- Self-managed
- Plan-managed (via a plan manager)
You may need a registered provider if:
- Your plan is NDIA-managed (agency-managed)
- Unless you request a change with the NDIA first
Support built around you, not the other way around.
We started Robin Hood Support because good NDIS support shouldn't be hard to find or feel impersonal. We're an Inner West Sydney-based team who believe in showing up, listening first, and treating every person we support like a neighbour, not a case number.
Person-centred
Support plans built around your goals, not a fixed package.
Reliable
We show up when we say we will, and communicate when plans change.
Respectful
You lead. We support your choices, pace, and independence.
Local
An Inner West Sydney team who knows the community and services around you.
Frequently asked questions
You can use us if you're self-managed or plan-managed. If your plan is NDIA-managed (agency-managed), you'd need to request a change with the NDIA first, or use a registered provider instead.
Reach out to us first and we'll talk through your goals and current arrangement. From there, you can let your existing provider know you're moving on, and if you have a plan manager or support coordinator, they can help make the transition smooth.
Someone from our team will be in touch within one business day to chat about your goals and support needs. From there we'll match you with a suitable support worker and arrange a time to get started.
We currently support participants across Inner West Sydney, NSW.
That's completely okay — most people aren't sure at first. Get in touch and we'll have a conversation about your goals and circumstances to help figure out what kind of support would actually help.
Let's talk about your support needs.
Reach out for a free, no-obligation chat about your plan and how we can help. We typically reply within one business day.
